The Belton Scholarship Program

The Belton Scholarship Program was created to assist a deserving young man or woman golfer, with the next chapter of their life, a college education. All funds for the program will be generated from green fee purchases at the club. The Scholarship will be awarded in May of every year beginning in 2016. Applicants are required to have at least a 3.0 or “B” average in school and be an active member of their school’s golf team. The student must also submit an essay of no more than 75 words stating the importance of golf in their lives and why they should be considered for the award.
